Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, agencies and maintain a threshold of monthly/Quarterly Sales.
  • Implement the sales plan by ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time.
  • Complete client servicing with client to ensure timely and expected execution of campaign.
  • Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision.
  • Management of End-to-end campaign management right from campaign pitching to revenue collection.
  • Complete responsibility of imparting client's objective to internal team so as to deliver satisfactory results.
  • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
  • Should have a proven track record of dealing with all direct clients and agencies.
  • Prepare promotional plans, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Represent the company and attend industry events, conferences and seminars.
  • Continuously bringing best practice ad-Tech thinking and innovations to Promotion Bazaar.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Online Media Sales, Ad Sales, Affiliate Marketing Sales.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivated and Output Driven Individual.
  • A hard core team leader, and ability to rally a team around them.
  • A target orientated disposition and the desire to sell and meet targets.
  • Learner and knowledge seeker with logical approach.
  • Must be an extrovert, outgoing, and proactive approach.
  • Have a good understanding of CPS/CPL/CPA/CPC/CPV/CPI.
  • Stay updated with competitors & their activities.
  • Keep track of new campaigns - delivery & billing closure.
  • Assist CS team for feedback, billing & on-time collection of payments.
  • Monitor media budget for the campaign and issue periodic analysis for clients like Media Negotiations.

Profile: Sales Intern

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Intern to join our excellent Sales team. The Sales Intern will complete all tasks assigned by the Manager, which may include conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required. To be successful as a Sales Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding Sales Interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Sales Intern Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
  • Research and generate lists of potential customers Attending and participating in meetings, workshops.
  • Help develop customer relationships and retain existing accounts Updating documents and sales records.
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Assisting managers with negotiations.
  • Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

Sales Intern Requirements:
  • Female Student (3-4 year) or fresh graduate (up to 1 year); Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major.
